Bob is the oil guy best oil filter

I have several vehicles and I would like to know the best oil filter to use. Some of you seem to think that the least restrictive ones are the best, and others seem to think that the ones with better filtration are best. I change my oil every 3000 miles religiously and I use royal purple 5w30 oil.

From my observations (and pictures posted by others here) they are essentially identical to the SuperTech filters sold at WalMart. I'm not sure if the filter media is identical, but I doubt that it would be much different. In general, I think that the SuperTech filter is a very good filter.
