We just use Rock elementals, you kill wyverns pretty well if they're trapped in you, though turrets would be best to kill wyverns quickly. At worst use the ballista turret with the large bola to pin one down and just shoot it with flame arrows, note flame arrows won't work against fire wyverns which u would need dinos to take care of or a lot of stone arrow actions haha

A good amount of creatures will respawn right after you use destroywilddinos, but it may take some time for it to stabilize.
